Our Production Process

Production Commencement

Once enquired for any item, the requirement of the customer is understood properly and products are made exactly as per the specification criteria of the buyer i.e. complete customization(bespoke) model based production is done. Hence all of the finished goods are "Made to Order".

Greeno Bags maintains all the industry specific and relevant Operational, Environmental, Health & Safety and Social Compliances during its production process.


Efficient, well-segregated and punctual inventory management system for fabrics and all accessories are the backbone to carry out our production process smoothly. We maintain a strict "No Floor-touch Policy" .


Fabric Cutting

Fabric layers are taken and manually cut by the cutter with necessary precaution. Then the cut panels are properly inspected in terms of size, shape and look before forwarding to next job.


Fabric printing is mostly done by silk screen printing process.

  • Inhouse screen plate making
  • Screen printing capacity- 5000 bodies a day for standard shopping bags.
  • Heat-Transfer printing, digital printing, fusing, Embroidery facility available if required.

  • More then 100 stitching machines are manually handled by the industry experienced workers.
  • Constant quality vigilance by the group of dedicated line-men.
  • Further inspection by the stitching head to procced for next job.
  • Ample space to execute works
  • Interlocking & Bartack Stitching Machine for custom and special requirements.
  • Concealed electrical connection in stitching machines for worker safety.


Thread cutting, finishing, Needle detection and final Inspection of each product is done by a dedicated team.


Packing & Dispatch
  • Packing is done with very high quality desiccants, prior moisture reading and with all other necessary precautions.
  • Very high quality export grad carton boxes are used.
  • Packing conformation, carton size, carton marking etc. are all customizable.

Sampling & RND

Apart from the customized and project-based samples developed as per requirement, Constant research and development done by experienced and dedicated designing and stitching department to explore new styles with new materials in order to keep up with ongoing trends and to create novelty items with new demands.

Inhouse laboratory enables the R&D team experimenting on different fabrics and printing combination.


Other Branding Facility - Embroidery

Apart from the state of the art printing facility GreenoBags also has access to a dedicated unit for embroidery which provides an added option of branding style to the esteemed buyers. The high quality finishing of the embroidery provides a different appeal and sophistication to the coveted items marketed by the customers
